In loving memory of our Mother Joan Catherine Behrens, Morrison, Rieger. Joan passed away in the night of January 19, 2025 in Charlotte Michigan at the age of 87. She was born January 21, 1937 and grew up in Mascoutah, Illinois. Her parents once owned a milk farm and delivered milk to the local residents by horse cart. Joan graduated from Notre Dame Academy in Belleville. She later met and married Al Morrison of Belleville who became Fire Captain for 24 years of that city and they had four children. The Morrison’s lived at 1422 Commercial Street in Belleville where Joan was a housewife who loved to cook and play board games with her children. Joan divorced and remarried, moving to Florida. She later moved to Michigan near her daughter where she lived out her remaining years. She is preceded in death by her parents Emil and Catherine Behrens, Birth mother Alvina Behrens, Son Randy Morrison and Son-in-Law Leroy Bouware. She is survived by her children; Rickey Morrison of Texas, Lisa Boulware of Illinois, Lana Karn of Michigan. She had 8 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren with one more, a little girl, due in July.
