Barry M. Rodenbush, 79, of Mascoutah, IL, born Mar. 23, 1946, in Danville, IL died Tuesday, Oct. 21, 2025 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital, O’ Fallon, IL.              

Barry was a retired merchandiser for MotoMart Gas Station and Convenience Stores.  He was a member of Mascoutah Senior Center and was a United States Navy Veteran. Barry enjoyed spending time with friends and family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Robert C. and Esther, nee Haworth, Rodenbush, his wife, Vicki R., nee Saunches, Rodenbush, who died on March 12, 1999, and infant son, Thomas Jerome Rodenbush.

He is survived by his daughter, Emilee Rodenbush of DuQuoin, IL; two sons, James (Jacqueline) Rodenbush of Bloomington, IN, Christopher Rodenbush of South Park, PA; three grandchildren, Carley Rodenbush, Hasan and Najjar Khalil; honorary grandson, Cameron Ohl; brother, Robert Rodenbush; sister, Sybil Swinney; brother-in-law, Tom Saunches; sister-in-law, Debbie (Mark) Weaver; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

FUNERAL: A celebration of life will be held at 6 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Mascoutah Senior Center. Everyone who would like to stop by is welcomed.
